6、In pre-heating zone, using big roller, multi-point, grouped frequency conversion transmission, less crumples, suitable for high-density elastic fabrics.
7、Steaming box have many methods of fabric introduction, it suits for different processes.
8、Adopting alternate current frequency conversion, PLC control, parameters can be displayed and set, it is able to get process repeatability.
9、High efficiency energy saving of washing box can be achieved by proper liquor separation and backward flow.
10、Reasonable configuration of high efficiency padder can reduce energy consumption. The heat from high temperature waste water can be recycled and its utiliza-tion ratio can reach 90%.
